Sous Chef
34-35k + tips, HG1, full time, permanent, 45 hours - 5 days over 7, 29 days holiday, staff meals, staff discounts, health & wellbeing
Due to their popularity this Yorkshire hotel is looking for a Sous Chef to join the team of their Harrogate kitchen:
- Prepare and cook food to rosette standard
- Capable of overseeing functions & banqueting
- Deputise in Head Chef's absence
- Supporting the Head Chef with menu planning
- Training and mentoring of the kitchen team
We would expect the successful Sous Chef to have leadership experience, a hotel background would be ideal however training can be given if you have a restaurant background and are keen to learn more about banqueting.
This would be an ideal role if you are keen to progress in the hospitality industry, this is a growing business with a strong mentorship focus.
