- Support the Nursery Manager and Deputy in leading the team and ensuring high standards of care and education
- Act as a role model, mentoring and supporting staff across all rooms
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the team
- Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations
- Step up in the absence of the Deputy Manager to oversee the nursery’s daily operations
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience in a senior nursery role with leadership responsibilities
- Passionate about providing high-quality childcare and education
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Location: HarrogateSalary: £25,000 - £27,000Hours: Full-time, 40 hours a week
