A leading fire-protection contractor based in Harrogate is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Fire Door Scheduler to support their team. This role is crucial in ensuring that the correct fire doors are delivered to the right sites, on time, and to the correct specifications, based on information provided to you from pre-start surveys and Contracts Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling Deliveries: Coordinate the delivery of fire doors to project sites across the UK, ensuring all materials are dispatched on time.
  • Attention to Detail: Double-check quantities, specifications, and delivery schedules to prevent errors.
  • Communication: Work closely with the project and site teams to keep them updated on delivery plans and resolve any scheduling issues.
  • Organisation: Maintain clear and accurate records of schedules and deliveries to support smooth project operations.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and documentation.
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
