About the Role:
- Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant

- Salary: Initially based on a daily rate, paid directly to you every Friday with no hidden costs. This will move to a permanent contract with the school if it's the right fit for both you and the school.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Some experience supporting children or young people, either personally or professionally, is essential.
- SEN Knowledge: While experience with SEN is desirable, it is not a necessity.
- Eligibility: You must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Clearances: Enhanced DBS check required upon successful registration.
- References: At least two professional references from recent employers.
