Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
• Support the planning and delivery of engaging, curiosity-led activities that promote children's development and learning.
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can explore and discover.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Participate in daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play times.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized nursery setting.

Requirements:

• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Willingness to learn and undertake training to achieve up to Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Commitment to the values and principles of the Curiosity Approach.
• No prior qualifications required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential.
