We are seeking a Programme Administrator to join our team, focusing on the administration of weekly Programme Design Authority meetings for the clinical design of a new EPR system. This role is ideal for candidates who are organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Administer a series of weekly Programme Design Authority meetings to progress, monitor, and approve the clinical design of a new EPR system.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Clinical Workstream Leads to maintain a log of all decisions required by the Design Authority, ensuring it is robust and up-to-date.
  • Prepare weekly agendas in line with scheduled project design sessions and set forward agendas to schedule relevant attendance.
  • Manage invitations for the appropriate project managers, clinical SMEs, and other relevant personnel to meetings.
  • Maintain a detailed action log and ensure follow-up on actions between meetings.
  • Keep a robust decision log, detailing attendance, decision-makers, and absentees.
  • Track decisions that require escalation to the Joint Programme Board.
  • Manage logs within the MS Teams site.
  • Perform other ad hoc project administration tasks as requested.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a project or programme environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Teams and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information.
