ur client based in Harrogate is recruiting for a Financial Services Administrator. The role is working full time Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm and in return they are offering a salary of between 32,000p/a and 38,000 p/a dependant on experience. There would be a consideration for working part time. You will need at least two years' experience working for an IFA firm.
Other responsibilities:
- Experienced in obtaining quotes, dealing with clients
- Liaising with Providers
- Providing support to Advisers and Paraplanners
- Experience with Xplan and advantage
- Processing and monitoring new business
- Ensuring clients records are kept up to date on the back office system
- Dealing with online investment instructions
- To ensure smooth running of the Department to support the Consultants and Financial Planners
- Understand and comply with Consumer Duty principles
You must be proficient with all MS packages and have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
