The company are looking for a motivated Events Coordinator to join the team on a part-time basis (around 16-20 hours per week, with hybrid work available). This role is pivotal in supporting their expansion and solidifying their reputation as the go-to business support service in the county.

As an Events Coordinator, you will:

  • Organise and Manage Events: Book venues, arrange guest speakers, contact attendees, and promote events through social media.
  • Ensure Seamless Event Execution: Attend events to provide on-the-ground support and ensure a smooth experience for clients.
  • Network and Explore Opportunities: Research new event opportunities, attend networking events, and connect with a wide variety of business owners.
  • Support the Team: Assist with administrative tasks, including diary management, updating KPI spreadsheets, and maintaining the client database.
  • Drive Client Engagement: Conduct post-event feedback and follow up with prospective clients.
