EPH Creative, established for over 19 years, is a leading event & theming supplier in the UK. Being one of the UK's largest Scenic Production facilities, we supply props and theming to over 2,000 events and bespoke projects annually. Our clients include well-known TV shows, visitor attractions, corporate clients, weddings, and private parties.


The Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. You'll be responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships with key accounts, maintaining regular contact. You'll own sales targets, deliver an exceptional customer journey, and work towards company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
  • Handle client enquiries, deliver high-level service, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and team KPIs.
  • Process rental orders via CRM and RMS.
  • Follow up post-event and resolve client issues.
  • Collaborate with departments to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Re-engage lapsed clients and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Maintain client records and assist with team training.
  • Attend trade and hospitality shows as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for a proactive and experienced professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and has a proven sales/account management track, ideally within the event/hospitality sector.

  • Experience in sales/account management, preferably in the event/hospitality sector
  • Ability to manage a high volume of enquiries and achieve sales targets
  • Confident in client interactions via phone, email, and in-person
  • Strong upselling skills and ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Flexible, customer-focused, and passionate about client success
