Finance Manager, £42-50,000, HarrogateFully office based

As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the finances of the company.
Skills Required:
• Part or fully qualified, AAT Level 3 minimum• Experience of Xero• Advanced Excel skills• Strong communication skills• Ability to direct and delegate• Ability to analyse data• Experience within the healthcare sector desirable• Strong attention to detail
Key responsibilities:• Maintaining the Xero general ledger• Preparation of month end management accounts• Monitoring invoice financing and debtors ledgers and credit control• Prepare and review margin reports and identify corrective action• Analyse financial data and identify areas for improvement and be able to communicate to senior management• Prepare monthly forecasting and annual budgets• Prepare annual statutory accounts• Work with other business departments to drive business performance• To review and implement effective processes
