The OpportunityYou have the chance to work with a well-established, multi-award winning, insurance broker. In an environment rare for the industry, you’ll be surrounded by a team of people who are more friends than colleagues in a relaxed and energetic atmosphere.The RoleWhilst overseeing a team of 3-4 account assistants, you’ll be the main person in the office to handle commercial account renewals and new business opportunities. You’ll identify client needs and provide thorough quotes to elevate revenue potential. Further to this you’ll:
  • Play a key component in developing the Sheffield team through progressing and motivating both new current team members
  • Build the reputation of the branch though promotional efforts and attending events such as awards evenings
  • Handling queries and complaints
The Ideal CandidateIt goes without saying that you’ll have commercial insurance experience ready to hit the ground running! With a keen interest in the UK insurance market, and an outgoing personality, we want you to be passionate about the work you do. Further to the above, you will have:
