About the Role

As a financial services administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Obtaining quotes and liaising with providers
  • Dealing with clients and maintaining excellent service levels
  • Supporting advisers and paraplanners with administrative tasks
  • Processing and monitoring new business applications
Candidate Requirements
  • At least two years of experience working in an IFA firm
  • Familiarity with Xplan is an advantage

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Salary and Benefits
  • Salary: £32,000 to £36,000 (dependent on experience)
