Job Opportunity: Paraplanner | Harrogate

An independent financial advisor firm in Harrogate is looking for an experienced paraplanner to join their team.

About the Role

As a paraplanner, you will work closely with advisors to provide high-quality support and ensure clients receive exceptional service. Your main duties will include:

  • Writing detailed reports, including client reviews and recommendations for new business
  • Supporting financial planners by conducting research and preparing analysis
  • Assisting in the preparation of advice and liaising with providers
Candidate Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role within an IFA firm
  • Diploma qualified to Level 4 is preferred but not essential
  • Experience using Xplan is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary and Benefits
  • Salary: £38,000 to £45,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Full-time preferred, but part-time will be considered
  • Office-based position
  • Additional benefits available including :
    • 27 days’ holiday per annum, plus statutory holidays
