What You'll Be Doing:
? Supporting the Front of House Managerin all bar and catering operations
? Ensuring high service standards and a five-star guest experience
? Supervising, training, and motivating the team
? Handling customer interactions, maximizing sales, and generating revenue
? Assisting with event organization and execution
? Managing payments, supplier orders, and stock control
What Were Looking For:
??Proven experiencein a supervisory or management role in hospitality
?? A people-first mindset friendly, professional, and engaging
?? Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
?? A hands-on approach with a strong eye for detail
?? Previous barista experience(a bonus, but not essential)
