About the Role:As a Baby Room Practitioner, you will play a vital role in the development and well-being of children aged 0-2. This full-time position offers a supportive atmosphere where you can thrive and make a real difference.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care and support to babies in a safe and nurturing environment
  • Engage in age-appropriate activities that promote emotional and social development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth and effective nursery operation
  • Build strong relationships with children and their families
  • Adhere to nursery policies and safeguarding practices

What We're Looking For:

  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience in a baby room or with infants is ideal
  • First Aid qualification is preferred
  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
  • Driving license preferred for travel to and from the nursery

Training:Safer Sleep training will be provided before starting, ensuring you are well-equipped to support the infants in your care.
