A Junior Sous Chef is required for this stunning country house hotel set in a beautiful part of North Yorkshire.

This beautiful property is home to a 2AA Rosettes awarded fine dining restaurant celebrating sumptuous modern British cuisine and locally sourced ingredients.

The kitchen is manned by an extremely dedicated and talented brigade and is now looking for a Junior Sous Chef with a fresh food background in a similar environment, to join the team.

As Junior Sous Chef you will:

  • Ideally already have good experience in a high-quality kitchen
  • Be flexible to work on all sections as required and have the ability to train junior chefs on each section
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef and deputise for senior Chefs when required
  • Have good kitchen management skills and be committed to providing a high level of cuisine and service at all times
