A brand new role for a fast paced business of approx 1300 employees across Yorkshire Sites. You will report into the Head of HR working in a generalist capacity for all aspects of HR.

Description

  • Provide comprehensive HR advice
  • Manage employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinaries and absence management
  • Coach, guide and upskill managers
  • Stakeholder management
  • Implement and review HR policies and procedures
  • HR reporting/date, supporting with implementation of new HRIS
  • Assist in the development and delivery of HR projects
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation
  • Maintain confidential employee records
  • Assist in the delivery of HR-related training

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Ideally CIPD qualified
  • Professional experience in a HR role within a fast paced environment working in a small HR team
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation
  • A proven track record in managing employee relations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality

Job Offer
