HR Advisor

Full time - Part time considered (4 days)

Harrogate - 2-3 days a week in the office

£30k

Reporting into the Head of People, the HR Advisor will play a key role in the business strategic and cultural journey.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Managing ER casework, providing regular advice and support to managers.
  • Support with and manage Recruitment.
  • Supporting with the full employee life-cycle, including on boarding and inductions.
  • Assist in the review and development of policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Work with L&D team to ensure the programme of training is delivered effectively.

We are looking for:

  • Good employment law knowledge.
  • Strong hands on experience managing ER cases with experience providing advice and guidance.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Experience supporting and managing recruitment.
  • Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified - not essential.
