Seeking an HR Advisor to join the HR Operations team of a global financial services business. The role will report to the Group HR Operations lead and support HR Business Partner in delivering efficient and effective HR services.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing generalist HR support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle ensuring compliance with HR policies and processes in a timely manner
- Manage onboarding processes including offers, pre-employment screening, new starter documentation, onboarding and induction
- Manage contract changes, probation extensions, sickness, absence, family leave, disciplinary & grievance and performance management in conjunction with HR Business Partners
- Manage HR systems, ensuring date is up to date and correct for reporting purposes
- Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR policies and processes in line with employment legislation
- Coordinate learning and development training sessions and initiatives
- Provide support for health and wellness programmes
Experience required:
- Experience of working within HR within the financial services sector with exposure to all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Educated to degree level or equivalent ideally with CIPD level 3 or 5
- Knowledge of best practice HR operational support and UK employment legislation
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to balance multiple demanding deadlines
- High level attention to detail with the ability to work accurately at pace
- Ability to use initiative and take accountability to provide quick and effective solutions
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office
