Seeking an HR Advisor to join the HR Operations team of a global financial services business. The role will report to the Group HR Operations lead and support HR Business Partner in delivering efficient and effective HR services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing generalist HR support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle ensuring compliance with HR policies and processes in a timely manner
  • Manage onboarding processes including offers, pre-employment screening, new starter documentation, onboarding and induction
  • Manage contract changes, probation extensions, sickness, absence, family leave, disciplinary & grievance and performance management in conjunction with HR Business Partners
  • Manage HR systems, ensuring date is up to date and correct for reporting purposes
  • Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR policies and processes in line with employment legislation
  • Coordinate learning and development training sessions and initiatives
  • Provide support for health and wellness programmes

Experience required:

  • Experience of working within HR within the financial services sector with exposure to all aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent ideally with CIPD level 3 or 5
  • Knowledge of best practice HR operational support and UK employment legislation
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to balance multiple demanding deadlines
  • High level attention to detail with the ability to work accurately at pace
  • Ability to use initiative and take accountability to provide quick and effective solutions

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office
