- Managing the renewal process with SME accounts (circa 30 – 40 per month).
- Negotiating on renewals for existing customers.
- Gathering and recording key information and data for new and existing clients.
- Ensure that any aged debt within your book is chased and that credit agreements are signed in relevant timeframes.
- Confirming that the insurance a client is purchasing still covers their full needs and that there has been no change in details.
- Coordinate all business services on a day to day basis in relation to your book of clients.
- Deal with client queries, resolve client problems and maintain overall high levels of service.
- Converting on any cross selling or upselling opportunities.
- Maintain business data sing Acturis system.
- Recent experience of working in commercial insurance is essential.
- Demonstrated success of achieving results and providing high levels of client service.
- Acturis experience desirable but not essential.
- Quality communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Intermediate to advanced-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
- High degree of self-discipline and motivation.
- Team player with a strong work ethic
