  • Highly competitive salary of £27,000-£40,000, based on experience and qualifications
  • Full-time / Permanent - 8.30am-5pm / Monday to Friday (Part-time / 4 days per week will be considered)

 OVERVIEW:We are seeking a Conveyancing Fee Earner or Paralegal to join a reputable team based in Harrogate. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual seeking to progress their career and take ownership of a busy and varied conveyancing caseload and contribute to the firm’s continued success. The role is flexible and could suit a Paralegal, Newly Qualified Solicitor or Junior Fee Earner.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base.
  • Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities and network with potential clients.
  • Casework: Handle a busy caseload of the full range of conveyancing matters; sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold and leasehold.
 ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
  • A minimum of 2 years conveyancing experience
  • Has handled own caseload of the full range of conveyancing matters.
  • Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understand the importance of referrer relationships
  • You will be a problem-solver who can think on your feet and work well under pressure.
  • Comfortable working with accuracy - your eagle eye will ensure nothing is missed.
