Role Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Administrator to support our production team. The ideal candidate will take initiative and handle tasks independently, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Filing documents.
  • Checking clock systems and ensuring they are accurate.
  • Running reports.
  • Checking details for payroll.
  • Typing up Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Updating spreadsheets and documents.
  • Communicating with Warehouse staff and Team leaders.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Excel and confidence with Microsoft Office packages.
  • Common sense and the ability to support a variety of tasks.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • You must be available immediately.
