Day-to-day of the role:- Perform general administrative duties including filing, handling phone calls, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in HR-related administration such as maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, and managing staff inquiries.
- Support health and safety initiatives, including maintaining compliance records and coordinating health and safety meetings.
- Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and provide logistical support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations as needed.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a professional services setting.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with administrative management practices and procedures.
