A well-established and highly respected firm with continuous growth across the region, our partner is hiring an experienced Operations Manager or Director (depending on experience) to support the next phase of growth.
Reporting to the MD, you will lead the operations team, drive business growth, and ensure outstanding service delivery. Other responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing growth strategies to expand client base and enhance service offerings.
- Leading and mentoring an experienced operations team, ensuring efficiency and high performance across all departments.
- Taking a hands-on approach when needed, for example - training team members on-site.
- Identifying and implementing innovative solutions to operational challenges.
- Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring contracts are fulfilled to the highest level.
As the right candidate, you have proven experience in an operations leadership role, ideally in the cleaning or facilities management sector, and have excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
You are the kind of person who completes tasks before moving on to the next one, and you are a natural leader with excellent people management and coaching skills. You should be commercially minded with the ability to drive business growth and be willing to be hands-on when necessary, supporting training and service delivery.
