The Candidate and Role:

We are searching for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual that can support key departments within this growing FMCG manufacturer. You will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of the business and therefore previous experience in a similar administrative role and strong organisational skills are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing the operational teams with essential administrative support, specifically Production and Engineering teams.
  • Being first point of contact for all visitors, managing access and ensuring all health, safety, and security procedures are followed.
  • Ensuring communication lines are kept open and efficient including email inboxes, answering phones, and directing inquiries.
  • Oversee the ordering and maintenance of office supplies, cleaning products, PPE, laundry services, and other essentials.
  • Managing meeting rooms, ensuring they are well-equipped and ready for use and supporting any site visits by organising travel, accommodation, and catering when required.
  • Any additional administrative support across all key areas of the business.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a similar administration role, ideally within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills; able to effectively manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • A natural problem solver, who is comfortable working in a team and independently, and can find solutions quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Their award-winning and distinctive product is manufactured on their Harrogate site and distributed to premium brands across the UK and beyond.
