You will support Impression’s Recruitment Specialists by delivering an industry leading service, ensuring a prompt delivery of duties are always on offer.   As Recruitment & Marketing Administrator you will need to demonstrate a passion for success and a desire to establish long term working relationships with an array of customers. Within the role you will continually gain reward for your efforts in various forms and gain the opportunity to work within a thriving work culture where efforts are regularly recognised.  Duties as Recruitment & Marketing Administrator will include:
  • Pre-screen applicant’s CVs and actively register those suitable for live and upcoming vacancies over phone, video and also on a face to face basis
  • Handling applicant queries ensuring all contacts are responded to
  • Acting as first point of contact for all calls received into the business ensuring a courteous and efficient service is delivered
  • Supporting the team of Recruitment Specialists with various forms of administration, feedback and candidate communication
  • Utilising internal system to ensure all live vacancies are accurately recorded on external platforms and Impression’s job board
  • Accurately inputting critical data within internal systems
  • Proactively updating with both candidate and client database, ensuring professional rapport is established
  • Work alongside Commercial Manager offering support with regular new business activity and schedule
  • Supporting with Impression’s social media, identifying market trends and proposing new content
  • Managing and distributing newsletters and email/ postal campaigns
  • Assisting with management of temporary worker timesheets and chasing where required to meet payroll deadlines
About you:
  • Previous administration/ customer service experience
  • Sales administration experience would be highly desirable but not essential
  • Be proactive and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to build fantastic rapport with an array of individuals
  • Be a loyal team member who enjoys creating successful working relationships
