- Take ownership of a successful and established billing desk
- Develop and maintain strong, long term relationships with key clients, delivering high quality service
- Source, screen, and place the very best candidates in roles with top tier employers
- Work closely with our Client Success Manager to ensure an efficient way of identifying new business opportunities aiding to expand existing accounts within your region
- Advise clients on tailored permanent, temporary, and contract recruitment solutions
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on providing a seamless experience for both clients and candidates
- Proven experience in recruitment, with the ability to manage and grow a billing desk
- The ability to foster and develop trusted relationships with clients and candidates alike
- A drive to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Promote a proactive, results driven approach with a passion for providing top tier service
- Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
- A desire to work in an independent, innovative environment, embracing a passionate approach to recruitment
- Competitive basic salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) with regular performance-based reviews
