Brook Street Social Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Workers to join our dynamic team. As a Home Care Worker with us, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing personalized care and support that enhances their well-being and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes.
Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, medication management, and light housekeeping.
Encourage independence and promote client dignity and respect.
Develop strong relationships with clients and their families.
Requirements:
Must have a car and a valid driver's license.
Ability to work flexibly across a range of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable but not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
