Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Oversee key retail operations, including stock control, merchandising, and health & safety compliance
  • Drive commercial performance, ensuring the store meets and exceeds KPIs.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Ensure the store maintains excellent presentation standards in line with company expectations.
  • Adapt quickly to the demands of a busy retail environment, especially during peak trading periods.
