Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and finalization of all aspects of audit assignments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Train and mentor junior staff members, ensuring their professional development and growth.
- Collaborate closely with partners to deliver exceptional client service. Prepare accounts, including financial statements and tax returns (10%).
Qualifications and Experience:
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in audit Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and auditing procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Strong leadership and mentoring skills
