The Role
As a Semi-Senior Accountant, you will take on a dynamic role involving accounts preparation, audit work, and oversight of outsourced payroll services. The position offers a mix of technical accounting, compliance, and client-facing responsibilities.

- Review & Quality Control: Overseeing outsourced accounts and audit work to maintain high standards.

Ideal Candidate:
- Part-qualified or fully qualified ACCA/ACA (or equivalent).
- Experience in accounts preparation and audit work (practice experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, with the ability to oversee outsourced providers.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing firm.
