Reed have teamed up with an exceptional FMCG client. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of their warehouse and office activities, focusing on accounts and administrative support.
Day-to-day of the role:- Maintain accurate and current information for the next day’s routing, produce picking lists, and generate invoices.
- Update Xero software with all appropriate data.
- Conduct daily reconciliation and data entry.
- Manage credit control for our clients and liaise with management where necessary.
- Create and present reports to the management team.
- Handle daily cashing reconciliation and weekly banking tasks.
- Work towards achieving KPI targets set.
- Support all areas of Accounts & complete Adhoc tasks when they arise.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounts software, primarily Xero.
- Experience in shipping FMCG products is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong client orientation with a focus on service delivery.
- Analytical and numerical skills are essential.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel (pivots, sumifs, Vlookups, Hlookups).
- Greek language is desirable but not essential.
