We are thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Back Office Sales Supervisor to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will report directly to the Sales Supervisor and play a key part in supporting the sales operations. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team and ensuring excellent aftersales customer service.

Hours: Full time (8:30am to 5:00pm), Monday to Friday

Nature and Scope:

  • Manage and lead the Back Office team, overseeing day-to-day activities.
  • Provide comprehensive training to team members to enhance performance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing and acknowledgment of customer orders.
  • Manage and maintain open order reports for transparency and efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for customer communications, resolving inquiries and issues.
  • Facilitate seamless after-sales support for customers.
  • Drive AI integration into order processing for improved efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with other departments to align processes and improve workflow.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, assisting with order management and documentation.
  • Oversee the management of order acknowledgments and tracking.
  • Assist the Sales Supervisor with various tasks, projects, and issue resolution.
  • Lead the training efforts to ensure the team is well-equipped to handle tasks efficiently.
  • Spearhead the transition and development of the customer after-sales support function.
