This temporary role offers a competitive pay rate of up to £15.39 per hour, excellent training, career development support, and 21 days of holiday (excluding Bank Holidays).Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and enforce parking regulations.
  • Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) by taking details and pictures of incorrectly parked vehicles.
  • Provide information on local parking rules and facilities.
  • Notify authorities about faults with parking meters, damaged road signs, and other relevant issues.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work an allocated shift pattern based on 5 over 7 days, including evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Knowledge of legislation relating to Parking Enforcement/CCTV.
  • Training in Civil Enforcement or the capability to be trained to satisfactory standards, or relevant experience.
  • BTEC Level 2 or equivalent in CCTV Enforcement, or relevant experience.
  • Full UK driving licence for a car and a driving record that meets the council's insurance requirements.
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
