Customer service / Administrator - start asap
We are currently looking for a Customer service/Admin to join a busy team and department.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience working within a repairs administrator/Planner/Dispatcher role, with the ability to manage tasks and provide top levels of customer service.
The perfect candidate will have the below experience:
Email/outlook, Outgoing with initiative to think for him/her self, Developing customer relationships, Purchasing Parts, Raising PO'S and Invoice, Running works reports, Quoting works, Compliance coordination, Customer communications, Customer service, Repairs planning and Diary management
This role involves speaking to customers daily via inbound/outbound calls as well emails and ensuring they get an extremely high level of service that is second to none.
This role is a critical part of the business, helping retain the customers by giving them a service level second to none, ensuring that they're complying with the set processes and procedures to ensure we do not receive complaints as well as mitigating issues before they become complaints.
The role is to take ownership of problems and resolve them with escalating the issue, finding the fault, and analysing the problems which have occurred
working hours are: Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00 during winter times ( October-April) and 08:00-17:00 (April-October)
office based located in Harrow, Company event days, Quarterly company meals and lunches, Casual dress, Progression Development Plan, 28 days annual leave, Permanent job.
Salary: 24,000.00-25,000.00 per year
