In this Finance Business Partner role, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to thoroughly understand and discuss their budgetary requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Take full ownership in producing the monthly management pack to a team of senior stakeholders.
  • Manage the financial planning for the organisation, utilising strong analytical skills.
  • Be the person that undertakes the budgeting and forecasting process, making sure that all documents involved are highly detailed and prepared well.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong experience within the management accountancy function, being able to pick up on transactional discrepancies in month end processes.
  • Strong experience in budgeting and forecasting, wanting to take ownership and accountability within this remit.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • An analytical mindset, with an aptitude for being able to sift through large data sets to find discrepancies.
