Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating all aspects of shipping logistics, ensuring the timely delivery of goods to customers
  • Handling all shipping documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Liaising with internal teams and external partners to track shipments and resolve any potential issues
  • Managing inventory and stock levels, keeping accurate records of goods in transit
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving any shipping-related queries

Essential:
