Some of your duties will include:

- Co-ordinating the shipment of goods to destination based worldwide

- Dealing with suppliers, shipping lines, overseas agents, port authorities and the HMRC

- Managing key accounts and ensuring goods are delivered on schedule

- Handling and preparing shipments from instigation stage through to successful delivery

- Preparing all export documentation including Customs clearance of goods

- Inputting invoices on the system in preparation for payment
