This role requires an enthusiastic, detail oriented individual working in the Sales Order Processing and Renewals Department for processing orders and providing hardware to end customers and management of stock control and suppliers.

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls
• Processing customers’ orders
• Packaging orders
• Arranging collections with couriers
• Dealing with customers returns
• Keeping stock room in order
