We have an exciting opportunity for an Order Process Administrator to join a busy, progressive international team based in Harrow. About the Role: As an Order Fulfilment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the order processing and supply chain team. You will be responsible for managing orders from start to finish, including stock control and supplier coordination. This is a varied role that also includes processing customer queries, managing returns, and assisting with inventory management. If you are someone who enjoys handling multiple tasks and seeing orders through to successful completion, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders, ensuring that they are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and a helpdesk system.
  • Manage stock inventory levels, updating systems regularly to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare orders for delivery or pickup, including packing, labelling and arranging couriers.
  • Coordinate returns and process returned items (RMAs).
  • Order stock from suppliers and track incoming shipments.
  • Log all activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Conduct general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the team.

About You: The ideal candidate will be proactive and confident in managing a variety of administrative tasks. You should have previous experience in a customer-facing or stock control role and be comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.   • Previous experience in order processing or stock control.
