The company focuses on revitalising neighbourhoods and delivering sustainable, community-focused developments across Greater London, making it a significant player in shaping the city's residential landscape.

Role overview

  • My client is opening a prestigious new office in Mayfair, and are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of this state-of-the-art, 45,000 sq. ft. office, which will serve as a central hub for the company, hosting a diverse, global clientele.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the office operates seamlessly 7 days a week. Key duties include managing utilities, maintenance, and stock, ensuring the office is fully staffed and operational, and dealing with any arising issues promptly.
  • The Office Manager will also support events, assist with meeting and greeting visitors, and ensure that the customer journey is impeccable. Given the client base, fluency is Arabic is highly desirable.
  • This position requires strong cultural awareness, adaptability, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with both local and international stakeholders. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, have experience managing events, and be comfortable with hands-on tasks, such as preparing beverages for meetings.
