Description

  • Overseeing the opening, closing, and daily management of the office space in coordination with the Security Team.
  • Managing internal meeting room bookings for the office, ensuring efficient usage.
  • Monitoring contractor performance and ensuring high standards are met. Assessing costs and efficiency, reporting any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
  • Handling postal duties, including the timely opening and dispatch of mail.
  • Maintaining the monthly budget, ensuring accurate accruals and financial tracking.
  • Collaborating with the property helpdesk team to coordinate planned preventive maintenance and compliance inspections.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and upholding the brand's image.
  • Supporting various additional office-related tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Profile

A successful Office Manager should have:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong background in office management, with a focus on streamlining operations.
  • Exceptional diary and time management skills, ensuring optimal efficiency.
  • Proficient in IT systems and applications, particularly the MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with MS Teams and AV systems for seamless virtual and in-person collaboration.
