As a Senior Nurse, you will:
- Ensure consistent standards of patient care in line with operational policies and procedures.
- Promote the well-being and interests of patients, employees, and consultants.
- Act as an advocate for junior team members and deputise for the Sister/Charge Nurse when needed.
- Provide individualised patient care and uphold excellent care standards.
- Advocate for safeguarding patients and uphold professional conduct as per NMC and HCPC guidelines.

The ideal Senior Nurse will have:
- Registered general nurse level 1/Diploma/BSc in Nursing studies.
- Valid NMC Registration and evidence of relevant clinical professional development.
- Mentorship Qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent).
- Excellent clinical applied knowledge and basic workload/shift management skills.
- Proficiency in using a PC and relevant software.
- 18 months post-registration experience.
