HR Assistant | Harrow | ASAP Start

£15 - £17 an hour, depending on experience

We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our vibrant secondary school in Harrow. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive team, contributing to the smooth operation of their HR department.

Key Requirements:

  • Level 3 CIPD qualification (essential)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in HR within a school setting

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Managing staff records, contracts, and compliance
  • Assisting with payroll and attendance management
  • Providing administrative support to the HR Manager
  • Ensuring the school complies with safeguarding and HR policies
