- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- Help to Buy schemes
- Lease extensions and enfranchisement
- Right to Buy
- Providing high-quality legal advice to clients in a clear and concise manner
- Managing client expectations and building strong client relationships
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- Meeting deadlines and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years of experience in residential property law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
