I am seeking a talented and motivated Residential Property Solicitor to join the established and successful team of my client at their offices based in the Harrow area. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their career within a supportive and friendly environment.The law firm is very proud of their history and their reputation for taking the best possible care of their clients and their families for many years.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling a full caseload of residential property matters, including:
    • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
    • Remortgages and transfers of equity
    • Help to Buy schemes
    • Lease extensions and enfranchisement
    • Right to Buy
  • Providing high-quality legal advice to clients in a clear and concise manner
  • Managing client expectations and building strong client relationships
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals
  • Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
  • Meeting deadlines and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years of experience in residential property law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in the use of case management systems
  • A client-focused approach with a commitment to providing excellent service
