- Landlord & Tenant Disputes – Assisting with possession claims, lease disputes, and related matters.
- Debt Recovery – Handling pre-action protocols, drafting letters before action, and supporting enforcement proceedings.
- Contractual Disputes – Aiding in case preparation, legal research, and liaising with clients and third parties.
- Commercial Disputes – Supporting with document review, bundling, drafting correspondence, and attending court hearings where necessary.
- Drafting legal documents, pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.
- Conducting legal research and summarising key findings.
- Managing case files efficiently, ensuring all documents are up to date.
- Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional manner.
- Assisting fee-earners in preparing for hearings, trials, and settlement discussions.
- Handling administrative tasks related to case management, including bundling and document preparation.
- Maintaining accurate records of case progress and key deadlines.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience working within a Litigation team.
- Skills: Strong drafting, legal research, and case management skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Organised: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using case management systems and legal research tools.
- Passionate: A genuine interest in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Location: Must be within a 40-minute commute of Harrow, London.
