A highly reputable Legal 500 firm with a modern and progressive approach is seeking a skilled and proactive Paralegal to join their dynamic Litigation team in Harrow, London.The Role: As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be supporting fee-earners on a variety of litigation matters, including:
  • Landlord & Tenant Disputes – Assisting with possession claims, lease disputes, and related matters.
  • Debt Recovery – Handling pre-action protocols, drafting letters before action, and supporting enforcement proceedings.
  • Contractual Disputes – Aiding in case preparation, legal research, and liaising with clients and third parties.
  • Commercial Disputes – Supporting with document review, bundling, drafting correspondence, and attending court hearings where necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting legal documents, pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.
  • Conducting legal research and summarising key findings.
  • Managing case files efficiently, ensuring all documents are up to date.
  • Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional manner.
  • Assisting fee-earners in preparing for hearings, trials, and settlement discussions.
  • Handling administrative tasks related to case management, including bundling and document preparation.
  • Maintaining accurate records of case progress and key deadlines.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience working within a Litigation team.
  • Skills: Strong drafting, legal research, and case management skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Organised: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using case management systems and legal research tools.
  • Passionate: A genuine interest in litigation and dispute resolution.
  • Location: Must be within a 40-minute commute of Harrow, London.
