We are seeking a bright, pro-active, enthusiastic, and highly organised Marketing and Office Assistant to support our marketing, administrative, and recruitment activities. This role is ideal for an individual who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Location: Central Harrow, London, Onsite - 5 minutes walk from Harrow on the Hill Station.

GreatFind Recruitment is a fast-growing, innovative IT recruitment agency located in Central Harrow, just 20 minutes from Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  • Plan, create, and evaluate digital campaigns, including social media activity and email newsletters.
  • Write and edit engaging content for various platforms, including the website, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Create job adverts, candidate and client testimonials, and case studies.
  • Design and produce marketing collateral and video content.
  • Manage the company website and all social channels.
  • Measure and report on marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Organise and manage company events and outreach initiatives.

Office Administration:

  • Provide general office administration support, including updating company documents and managing client and candidate data.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and manage communications with clients and candidates.
  • Issue invoices, manage payments, contractor timesheets and track company expenses.
  • Support the Company Director with personal assistant duties and confidential tasks.

Recruitment and Resourcing:

  • Post job adverts on various portals and manage incoming applications.
  • Managing candidate activity on LinkedIn, job boards, and other resources.
  • Update the Bullhorn CRM system with new client, candidate, and vacancy details.
  • Manage the Company Director's LinkedIn account, generating leads and corresponding with potential clients and candidates.
  • Sending outreach emails and following up with hiring managers.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an office administrative role, ideally within a digital/marketing sector.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using various tech platforms and a quick learner of new technologies.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen eye for detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Self-sufficient, well-organised, with strong time management skills.
  • Positive attitude with energy, drive, and good humour.
