If you are a strong customer service professional with experience of working in a sales office then this role for an Office Administrator could really suit you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing all-round administrative and customer service support in a busy sales office
- Ensuring that customer orders were processed efficiently and effectively
- Liaising with clients to establish their requirements and producing quotation
- Setting up orders on computer system and purchasing products and materials
- Organising the bespoke production of client orders and monitoring quality levels
- Ensuring there is an adequate supply of stock raw material at all times
