Join our team as the Office Manager, a pivotal role at the heart of our operations. You will coordinate meetings, manage the Managing Director’s (MD) calendar, and ensure our clients feel valued and welcomed. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of service and supporting strategic growth.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Protect the MD’s Time: Empower the MD and Heads of Departments (HODs) to focus on high-value tasks by managing the majority of administrative duties.
  • Systems Management: Lead the development and refinement of firm-wide systems to align with our core values and drive our vision forward.
  • Project Support: Research, analyse, and synthesize data to produce actionable reports and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Accountability: Hold HODs, Directors, and staff accountable for their responsibilities and KPIs, ensuring high standards and results.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organise, prepare, and follow up on meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring action points are clearly outlined and executed.
  • MD Management: Oversee the MD’s schedule, travel, expenses, correspondence, and personal matters with efficiency and discretion.
  • Client Relations: Make clients feel welcome and valued, assisting with their needs, including preparing documents and handling correspondence.
  • Team Support: Foster a supportive and engaging environment for our team, ensuring that administrative matters are handled efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an operations management role or similar.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and make tough decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient in managing systems and automating processes.
  • Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
